In 2016, Allen retired and sold the agency to his children. Scott assumed the role of president and agency principal, Nicole was named vice president, and Allison became treasurer; however, Nicole ended up leaving at the end of the year.
With sights set on growth and expansion, Scott acquired Rivertown Insurance Agency in Grand Rapids in 2017, and over the next three years, the office integrated and ran more like a single agency.
They then rebranded under one moniker to make it easier for the customers and staff. With a consolidated effort by all staff and management, the agency underwent a complete rebranding, deciding who they were, where they were going, and how they would do it.
